Job summary

ALO in Bloomington, MN seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver authentic guest experiences, drive store sales, and educate customers about our community and culture.

You will work with leadership to meet goals, build client relationships, assist with shipments, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment while remaining mobile and customer-focused.

Candidates should have 1+ year in client-centric sales, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand and move for a shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to align with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivation with a drive to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
• Constant movement around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and build client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize, identify growth opportunities, and address deficient areas.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on our product, community, and culture and share store goals with the team.
• Coordinate shipment processing and maintain product flow, merchandising, and replenishment.
