Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Naples to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will educate guests on product features, fabric, usage and care while embodying the brand through authentic, high-energy interactions.

You will work on a team to meet and exceed goals, participate in merchandising and store initiatives, and maintain a welcoming environment with strong product knowledge and community culture.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities
