Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity
• Create an authentic, welcoming guest experience and educate customers about our community
• Build and maintain client relationships daily
• Analyze reports with leadership to drive results and growth opportunities
• Ensure proper staffing and floor coverage for selling initiatives
• Educate guests on ALO products, culture and brand
• Maintain visual merchandising and product flow on the floor and back of house
