Job summary

ALO in Minnetonka, MN seeks a Sales Associate to create an authentic, high-energy store experience and drive sales. You’ll educate guests on our products, community and culture while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll support store leadership, analyze performance data, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks to ensure a seamless shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Impact the business and store environment positively, aligning with store leadership and company goals
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results, identifying growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture; share the ALO business model details
