Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate at our Bloomington, MN store. You will drive sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand education to every guest, while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will partner with leadership to analyze performance, contribute to action plans, and support store operations and merchandising. The role requires physical mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and full weekly availability at times.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years of work experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Ability to build authentic guest connections and educate customers about products and the brand.
• Comfort with working on a team and participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Engage customers with the ALO experience and educate about products and the brand.
• Build client relationships and follow up with customers daily.
• Support merchandising, stock flow, and store operations.
• Assist in analyzing reports and contributing to action plans for growth.
• Ensure front and back-of-house procedures align with Policy & Procedures.
