ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the Berkeley sales floor. You will coach Sales & Service Associates, assess guest connections, and ensure strong product education to close sales.

In partnership with Operations and Visual leads, you will manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships, while driving staffing and performance initiatives. The role requires physical movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with coaching and feedback skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.
