Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a Part-Time Art Specialist to design and lead engaging art experiences that reflect Miraval's mindfulness philosophy. You will develop classes across media and lead scheduled sessions, private and group experiences, collaborating with fellow artists and resort colleagues to enrich guest encounters.

The ideal candidate maintains a strong personal art practice, clear teaching skills for adults, and a guest-centered, warm, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal art practice and ability to teach safely across media.
• Experience teaching adults in hospitality, wellness, or retreat settings preferred.
• Ability to design class concepts with goals, flow, supplies, setup, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality art classes and experiences for guests across experience levels.
• Develop and refine original art programming aligned with Miraval values and mindfulness.
• Collaborate with other artists and Programs colleagues to expand offerings and ensure cohesive guest experiences.
• Provide coverage across classes and media as needed.
