Job summary

Good Karma Sports in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced ESPN Digital Marketing Consultant to lead local digital sales efforts and deepen partnerships with brands across ESPN’s digital ecosystem.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and partner retention, collaborating with teammates across Good Karma’s assets.

The role requires 3+ years in digital sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet goals in a fast-paced sports marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in digital sales or advertising agencies.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising across ESPN’s ecosystem is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with CEOs and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new digital advertising partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional decision-makers.
• Create customized, results-driven digital marketing solutions.
• Grow and retain a book of business through consultative selling.
• Develop deep knowledge of ESPN’s digital portfolio and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
