Job summary

Good Karma Sports seeks a full-time ESPN Network Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI. You will support sales, marketing, content, and partnerships by coordinating obligations, live-read copy, campaigns, reporting, invoicing, and day-to-day operational tasks across talk shows, play-by-play, podcasts, and other programming.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, marketing, content and partner teams.
• Experience creating campaign materials or partner-facing recaps.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and AI platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsorship obligations and live-read copy for shows and podcasts.
• Manage airchecks and campaign documentation including media assets.
• Maintain the content fee tracker to ensure fees and deliverables are up to date.
• Track social media campaigns and coordinate execution details.
• Create campaign recaps and partner-facing reports with key results.
• Support reconciliation by tracking delivered obligations and billing details.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, programming, content, finance, and partners to execute campaigns.
