Job summary

Good Karma Sports in Milwaukee is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to lead ESPN Digital sales locally and regionally.

You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with local decision-makers, and tailor digital solutions across ESPN’s portfolio, including ESPN.com, ESPN App, and streaming.

The role requires 3+ years in digital sales, CRM and Office tools experience, and a drive to exceed goals while embodying our core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in digital sales or advertising agencies.
• Knowledge of digital and digital video advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license; in-market partner meetings are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, uncover, and develop new digital advertising partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional decision-makers.
• Create customized, results-driven digital marketing solutions aligned with partner objectives.
• Grow and retain an active book of business through consultative selling.
• Develop deep knowledge of ESPN’s full digital portfolio and targeting capabilities.
• Stay current on digital media trends, products, and best practices.
• Uncover marketing challenges and position solutions at all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
• Network within the Milwaukee business community to expand market presence and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve outreach, research, campaign development, communication, and sales effectiveness with personalization.
