Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a professional services environment.
• 2+ years in engineering staffing or related industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Highly self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize territory potential through prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting client meetings, and presenting staffing solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, research, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify client workforce challenges and recommend customized staffing solutions.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while expanding service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
