Job summary

MCC is seeking an Account Manager based in Milwaukee, WI with 4+ years of semiconductor sales experience. You will collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to secure design-wins and increase account penetration, promoting MCC as a strategic partner.

You will research and develop new customers and segments, develop account strategy, and execute the business plan while handling customer issues and meeting the sales budget. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or semiconductors or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with power device products and market applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.
• Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers.
• Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
• Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
• Effectively handle customers' issues and meet sales budgets.
