Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a skilled Millwright with welding capabilities to join our maintenance division during scheduled fall shutdowns. You will maintain, repair, and install industrial machinery across mills and plants, with strong emphasis on welding, safety, and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a solid mechanical background, MIG/TIG/Stick welding experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment across coal mining operations, sawmills, and auto plants.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in steel mills, sawmills, and power plants.
• Strong welding experience, MIG/TIG/Stick with various materials (steel, stainless).
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments with safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install industrial machinery in mills, mining, and auto plants.
• Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and parts replacement.
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements to keep work areas safe.
