Boise Cascade is seeking a Millwork Inside Sales Specialist to drive orders and grow relationships with customers. This role blends sales initiative with deep product knowledge in millwork and building materials, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in an office setting.

You will coordinate pricing, vendor selection, inventory monitoring, and promotions while supporting field sales and product managers.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience in related function.
• Strong communication and mathematical calculation abilities.
• Ability to work independently or with teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales, take orders, and anticipate customer needs.
• Manage products including vendors, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Contact customers about market fluctuations and trends.
• Initiate inquiries, sales, and promotions for product needs to customer.
• Coordinate customer deliveries with shipping personnel.
• Assist outside sales staff and product managers.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing programs, promotions, and new product research.
• Provide lead role to sales support staff.
