Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience, or 3 years external sales with no Lowe’s experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and highlighting Lowe’s products and services.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors within the department, handling estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for stock.
• Assist with pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and provide coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
