Job summary

Key Millwork is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned millwork projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and high-quality results. You will coordinate with the production and installation teams, manage contract administration, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners, with emphasis on timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to plans and shop drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proven PM experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Attend progress meetings with superintendents, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation and client/vendor relationships.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material purchases, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost tracking.
