Job summary

iMBranded is seeking a Project Manager to lead millwork projects from inception through completion, coordinating with design, production, field reps, and customers. You will monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure profitable, on-time delivery and a world-class customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and coordination skills with experience in managing CAD drawings and cost data.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of demonstrated success managing architectural millwork projects/programs from a cost, quality and customer relations perspective.
Experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects during their lifecycle to ensure optimal profitability through planning and monitoring each phase.
Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of customer orders through coordination with other functional areas.
Assist in determining production timing and prioritization with stakeholders and implement new products/processes.
Communicate issues, requests, and pertinent items to internal and external parties to keep projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
Review CAD drawings for accuracy.
Enter pertinent data into cost accounting systems and forecast accurately.
Maintain knowledge of millwork programs and materials.
Other duties as assigned by management.
