Job summary

Woodweb is seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager to oversee custom architectural millwork projects from kickoff through installation, coordinating schedules, budgets, shop drawings, production workflows, and client communication to ensure precise execution.

You will manage field measurements, review changes with estimators for change orders, and coordinate buyout products. An installation crew will be assembled and weekly status updates provided to the GM.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custom architectural millwork projects.
• Ability to review site conditions and perform field measurements.
• Experience coordinating with estimators on change orders.
• Familiarity with buyout products including metals, glass, upholstery and acrylic.
• Strong client and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• manage submittals from job launch to final approval
• review site condition and field measure at job sites
• review changes with Estimators for change orders
• confirm orders for buyout products including metals, glass, upholstery and acrylic.
• assemble an installation crew and review the job onsite with foreman.
• Provide weekly status updates on projects to the GM.
