You will manage contract administration, coordinate production and installation, and maintain detailed project records while fostering strong client and partner relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with on-time, on-budget completions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Attend progress meetings with superintendents, trade contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on technical obstacles and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and close-out procedures.
