Job summary

Jobot seeks a Production Supervisor in the United States (PA) to lead architectural millwork production, coordinate daily workflow, and drive quality. This hands-on role partners with the Plant Technical Manager to keep projects moving, fix production challenges, and mentor the shop team.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in architectural millwork manufacturing and 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. OSHA and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence on the production floor.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of architectural millwork manufacturing.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and employee development.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable reading shop drawings, troubleshooting fabrication and assembly issues, guiding builders through technical questions, and maintaining quality and production expectations.
