Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five+ years in millwork, door unit production, architectural millwork, or related manufacturing.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory or production management in a shop setting.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and architectural documentation.
• Working knowledge of millwork fabrication techniques, woodworking machinery, and production sequencing.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical operational leader, driving daily door unit assembly and architectural millwork production. This role empowers you to optimize shop workflows, mentor skilled craftspeople, and elevate quality standards across all production lines. You will partner directly with cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and deliver exceptional custom products on schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in millwork, door unit production, architectural millwork, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory, lead, or production management experience in a shop setting.
