Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial millwork fabrication or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work directly from shop drawings and architectural blueprints.
• Strong understanding of millwork processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and measurement instruments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver’s License.
