We are a growing commercial architectural millwork company looking for a Production Supervisor. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on builder with a strong background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom woodworking.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and coordinate daily workflow throughout our architectural millwork production facility. This role works closely with the Plant Technical Manager to keep projects moving efficiently, maintain exceptional quality standards, solve production challenges, and coach and develop our shop team.
