Job summary

Bensonwood is seeking a Millwork Coordinator to support the Woodworking Director and oversee millwork purchasing, shop documentation, material compilation, and logistics. This in-person role requires collaboration with project managers, clients, shop leads, and procurement to keep custom millwork on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing or woodworking, strong math, budgeting, Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/Sage and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Math aptitude and budgeting knowledge are essential.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Sage) and CAD/drawing review tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn green building techniques.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders for subcontract millwork.
• Direct contact for subcontract millwork purchase orders and collate project information.
• Create estimates for custom projects and maintain pricelist for standard products.
• Create Sage jobs; set and export Sage budgets.
• Prepare installation instructions and drawings for Site (GC).
• Ensure FM specifications are up to date.
• Prepare and submit material purchase requests; manage shop information and labels.
