Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to act as the face of the company, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in the Florida market.

The role involves gathering customer needs, designing tailored proposals, and coordinating with design, production, and shipping to ensure seamless service delivery. Frequent travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior selling experience.
• Basic knowledge of home building.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly in sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform building material take-offs and provide quotes to prospective customers.
• Compile lists of prospective customers and follow up on permits in the territory.
• Travel regularly to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products to customers and coordinate with shipping on delivery timing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and service delivery.
• Resolve customer delivery issues and maintain account activity.
