Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and learn new software to operate the mill.
• Must take initiative to diagnose or correct mill operation issues.
• Knowledge of plant processes, quality and production requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements, including respirator fit tests.
