Job summary

Rotary Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team in a climate-controlled facility. You will set up and operate milling machines to produce precision components, following drawings and CAM instructions to ensure quality.

The role requires 3+ years of milling experience, strong G-code skills, and the ability to work with engineers to improve processes while maintaining meticulous documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in milling machine operation and setup.
• Proficiency with G-code and CAM software (Mastercam).

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficiency with G‑code and CAM software ( eq as Master Cam Property.  ) 

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-axis machining and high-precision components
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
