Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Clear communication and teamwork in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect mill stands and guides returned to the shop.
• Inspect equipment using drawings and standards to identify repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Make repairs using blueprints and technical readings.
• Order parts and maintain minimum spare-parts inventories.
• Operate robots to replace mill stand rolls for production.
• Prepare guides and set up mill stands for upcoming rollings.
• Open work orders, read SAP/QMOS documents, and adjust builds.
