Responsibilities

• Supervise and review staff performance for assigned unit.
• Execute production plans per approved schedule.
• Participate in daily operational duties as needed.
• Inspect work in progress and direct corrective actions.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Estimate staffing, materials, and equipment needs.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials.
• Approve purchases and track use of time/equipment.
• Request tools and safety equipment as required.
• Train staff in safety procedures and SDS upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
