Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing
• 4+ years of supervisory experience including performance management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery and systems
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safety, environmental compliance and efficiency
• Set priorities across departments and manage resources to meet production goals
• Ensure raw materials availability and adherence to quality specifications
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements
• Develop training materials and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate changes in processes, policies, and procedures across the organization
