Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive safety, quality, production, and cost objectives across the mill. You will serve as a technical resource to the operations team and lead process improvements and capital projects to enhance mill performance.

Responsibilities include establishing objectives, coaching teams, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives to meet IBP targets and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Knowledge of industry operations, machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Advanced systems aptitude and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives aligned with site IBP and drive execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards while improving processes.
• Coach teams in problem-solving to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Manage operational performance, including budget, improvement projects, and reviews.
• Drive communication and alignment through operating rhythms and meetings.
