Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking an entry-level Quality Supervisor to support the Quality Department with water testing, milk testing, and finished product testing. You will generate daily reports, perform data entry, and assist in special studies while maintaining GMP and GLP compliance.

The role requires basic lab experience, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and benefits are provided, with a 12-hour day shift and rotating schedule in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• College is highly preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in English: written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab testing instrumentation for moisture/solids, protein, fat and pH.
• Maintain safe, sanitary handling of instruments.
• Possibly obtain NYS milk receiver license or related licenses.
• Ensure raw milk meets specifications and food safety standards.
• Perform daily quality checks and document results.
• Record data accurately and file laboratory worksheets.
• Communicate results to supervisors and departments.
• Prepare solutions and media for tests.
• Maintain confidentiality of results and keep work area organized.
• Assist with regulatory inspections as needed.
