Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas, seeks a Military Relations Recruiter to bridge transitioning service members with SkillBridge opportunities.

You will identify placements, assess participant skills, coordinate with hiring leaders, and guide candidates from application through program completion. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and military outreach partners, you will help build a strong military talent pipeline and maximize conversion to full-time employment while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate degree or 2+ years related education/experience.
• Preferred: 4-year degree with recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SkillBridge placements by matching candidates to opportunities.
• Coordinate with hiring leaders to align placements with objectives.
• Manage end-to-end placement process including onboarding timelines.
• Serve as main contact for SkillBridge participants and ensure positive experience.
• Build relationships with military transition offices and veteran orgs.
• Educate stakeholders on SkillBridge requirements and qualifications.
• Monitor progress and address issues to promote program success.
• Maintain records in compliance with DoD SkillBridge guidelines.
