The role requires strong knowledge of VA education benefits, academic advising, and strong customer service for a diverse student population.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Veterans Administration Education Benefit process through VA and VDVS.
• Knowledge of admission, enrollment, orientation, placement and registration processes.
• Knowledge of financial aid programs and processes; advising strategies; career assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Military Resource Center operations.
• Provide holistic support strategies to military-affiliated students from onboarding to completion.
• Develop partnerships with institutional, local, state, and federal resources.
