Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; alternative combos acceptable.
• U.S. citizen; fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish if required.
• Certifications: AFC, CFP, or ChFC.
• Ability to obtain favorable Tier 2 investigation and OCI disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Develop and deliver financial education materials and programs/workshops.
• Coordinate with installation leadership and POCs to ensure program within scope.
• Utilize virtual counseling or electronic modes of communication as authorized.
• Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
