Magellan Health in Fort Snelling, MN seeks a Personal Financial Counselor to deliver one-on-one and family financial counseling to service members at military installations. You will educate clients, help create spending plans, and coordinate DoD-compliant virtual counseling sessions. Requirements include 3+ years in financial counseling and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination).

U.S. citizenship and fluent English are required; bilingual English/Spanish may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen; fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish if required.
• Certifications AFC, CFP, or ChFC may be required.
• Must pass OCI disclosures and DoD security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families.
• Assist with spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and provide financial informational materials.
• Coordinate and promote personal financial management classes/workshops.
• Utilize virtual counseling or secure communications as directed.
