Job summary

Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Appointing Services Clerk to support military families and veterans by ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of healthcare appointments. You will verify eligibility, manage appointment requests, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, eligibility verification via DEERS, and coordination with PS MHS facilities to meet TRICARE standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain clearance for a military installation (CAC).
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule specialty care, preventive visits, and reminders for beneficiaries.
• Verify eligibility using DEERS.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Military Treatment Facilities to meet TRICARE standards.
• Handle calls, routing, and documentation accurately.
