Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Appointing Services Clerk to support military families and veterans by ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of healthcare appointments. You will verify eligibility, manage appointment requests, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key duties include scheduling and coordinating appointments, using DEERS for eligibility verification, and communicating with TRICARE and MTFs to meet access standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other software programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain clearance to access military installations and CAC.

Responsabilités

• Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Proactively schedule specialty care appointments, preventive visits, and surgery reminders for beneficiaries.
• Eligibility Verification: Use DEERS to confirm patient eligibility for scheduling.
• Patient Appointment Management: Coordinate scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to ensure timely care.
• Collaboration with MTFs: Work with PS MHS Military Treatment Facilities to meet TRICARE access standards.
• Clear Communication: Handle call routing and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Secure Messaging Support: Provide secure messaging for accurate information sharing.
