Qualifications

• 4+ years in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée food service for 100+ patrons, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher.
• Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past 2 years.
• Sanitation and food safety certification within the past 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining facility operations, ensuring seamless meal service.
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of food service professionals.
• Manage contingency and emergency feeding operations.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with Government and contracting teams.
