Job summary

EURPAC MRLG, a division of EURPAC Services Inc., seeks a Business Manager in Richmond, VA to lead marketing activities for key principals within the military resale channel. The role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and requires building strong relationships with buyers and principals.

You will develop plans to maximize distribution, merchandising, and promotions while supporting field sales with compelling marketing materials and tools.

Qualifications

• College degree, minimum of a BS degree.
• Experience developing marketing plans for the military resale channel.
• Knowledge of Nielsen, IRI or similar data bases is helpful.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and promotions for assigned principals to hit annual volume goals.
• Serve as the single point of contact for brands in your portfolio across client, field, and customer.
• Develop and communicate plans to maximize distribution, merchandising, and promotion.
• Support field sales with sales aids and updated marketing materials.
• Coordinate regional and customer-specific marketing plans for DeCA and other channels.
