Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks a Military Behavioral Health Clinician to provide direct clinical services within the 28‑day Military Behavioral Health Recovery Program. You will deliver evidence‑based individual, group, and family interventions while supporting participants through the recovery phases.

The clinician serves as primary therapist, facilitates groups, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and helps participants develop Recovery plans for successful reintegration.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in mental/behavioral health; inpatient psych experience is preferred.
• Current unrestricted North Carolina license: LCSW or equivalent; licensure requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services within the 28‑day Military Behavioral Health Recovery Program.
• Deliver evidence‑based individual, group, and family interventions.
• Serve as primary therapist; facilitate therapeutic groups; coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Engage family members and develop individualized Recovery plans for reintegration.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with MD, Nursing, Case Management, and other teams to support participants.
