Job summary

UHP — Unlock Human Potential seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW or clinical psychologist) to serve as the licensed behavioral health professional on our campus in Northwest Arkansas. This hybrid role blends clinical judgment, proactive wellness, and instruction for veterans in transition.

The position emphasizes crisis response, risk assessment, and behavioral health support, with responsibilities spanning incident management, staff development, and curriculum integration.

Qualifications

• Active license as an LCSW or licensed clinical psychologist in Arkansas, or ability to obtain Arkansas licensure before start date.
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally with veterans, military, or high-stress populations.
• Direct experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Experience teaching, facilitating, or working with adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Response & Risk Management: respond to student crises and conduct risk assessments.
• Proactive Wellness & Student Support: develop wellness plans and conduct early check-ins.
• Instruction & Facilitation: teach modules on emotional regulation and mental performance.
• Scope of Practice & Program Integration: establish guardrails and provide staff consultation.
• Collaborate across programs and support campus culture initiatives.
