Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center seeks a Milieu Coordinator to support inpatient/residential and partial hospitalization programs. The role includes meal monitoring, group facilitation, and behavior management under supervision, with the potential for on-call shifts based on needs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field and at least 6 months of relevant experience; MC II adds preferred licensure and more experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health.
• MC II preferred with intern/associate license; MC I requires 0–6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal monitoring and meal support to patients.
• Document groups, meals, and patient check-ins/observations.
• Provide milieu support including de-escalation, crisis management, and crisis response.
• Lead more advanced groups (MC II) and support program operations during evenings/weekends.
