Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Coordinator to support inpatient/residential and partial hospitalization programs. You will monitor meals, document observations, and assist with de-escalation and behavioral management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role may require on-call shifts based on patient needs and program schedules, including evenings and weekends. A bachelor’s degree in behavioral health is required and MTI credentials are preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field (Required).
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (Preferred for MC II).

Responsibilities

• Provide meal monitoring and meal support to patients.
• Document groups, meals, and patient check‑ins and observations.
• Provide milieu support including de‑escalation and crisis management.
• Lead more advanced groups (MC II) and coordinate programs evenings/weekends.
