Seven Hills Foundation Inc. seeks a Milieu Coordinator to enhance mental health functioning of youth in residential programs. You will guide a dynamic team, supervise staff, and coordinate daily activities within a trauma-informed, client-centered milieu.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet required.
• CANS certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in milieu/ residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift scheduling and staffing ratios.
• Implement client-centered, skill-building activities with the team.
• Supervise Direct Care Staff/Residential Counselors with quality supervision.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to meet staffing needs.
• Provide on-call support for staffing and program concerns.
• Monitor milieu safety and take corrective actions.
• Model trauma-informed, client-centered, culturally competent care.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management processes.

Milieu CoordinatorPay: $25.00-26.50/hourSchedule: Sunday to Thursday 1p-8pmAs a Milieu Coordinator at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a key role in improving the mental health functioning of youth in our residential programs. This role requires you to support the successful operation of a therapeutic milieu, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and trauma-informed care. You will lead a dynamic team, provide staff supervision, and coordinate daily activities to support youth in a client-centered environment.
