Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation, Stetson School, is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our residential treatment team for pre-adolescent and adolescent youth. You will conduct assessments, provide individual/group/family therapy, and develop treatment plans in a trauma-informed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, documentation, and discharge planning. Requires a Masters in psychology/social work/c counseling and applicable licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
  • Behavioral Health license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist).
  • 0–3 years of related experience.
  • Standard driver’s license – class C or D.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial histories and risk assessments.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including offense-specific treatment when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
  • Utilize CBT and psychoeducational interventions, including relapse prevention.
  • Identify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations.
  • Communicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as needed.
  • Support development of aftercare and discharge planning.
