Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Clinician for Children’s Congregate Care to deliver trauma-informed therapy to youths and families. You will conduct assessments, plan treatment, and provide individual, family, and group sessions across residential and community settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Licensure eligibility and a master’s in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Standard driver’s license valid in the state where you operate.
• LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or licensed psychologist eligibility required or anticipated.
• CANS certified or willingness to obtain certification.
• 1–3 years of related clinical experience with youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.
• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and related systems.
• Participate in crisis risk management and on-call coverage as required.
• Collaborate with schools and child welfare partners and engage in supervision.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing professional development.
