Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a MILCON Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate, coordinating MILCON governance, documents, and program management. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, with a Secret clearance and the ability to work in the US.

Hybrid work arrangement includes up to four days onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will develop, coordinate, and staff MILCON packages, perform program analysis, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and at least one year experience in facility and infrastructure requirements and processes.
• Ability to grasp and apply policy for project requirements definition, programming, and execution.
• Experience analyzing government requirements with modeling and simulation tools and applying process-improvement methods.
• Secret clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the US by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings and delivering meeting materials.
• Coordinate MILCON projects and programmatic criteria with government personnel per DoD policy and budgeting submittals.
• Perform MILCON program analysis and generate trends, compliance, and requirements presentation materials and reports.
• Develop and coordinate congressional notification packages related to MILCON program execution.
• Develop, coordinate, staff and track MILCON project authorization requests with Air Staff and MAJCOMs.
• Prepare and coordinate MILCON DD Form 1391 packages to ensure detailed compliance for OSD and Congressional levels.
