Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Military Construction Analyst to support AMC. This onsite role (M-F) will provide facility planning and program oversight for MILCON projects and require active DoD Secret Clearance.

The successful candidate will join a professional team, perform technical analysis, and coordinate with AMC and installations to ensure accurate DD1391 documents and cost justifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of facility planning, investment analysis, PPBE process experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ AMC with MILCON programming strategy and oversight.
• Attend Army-level programming meetings with AMC government staff.
• Validate project requirements, cost estimates and justifications using Army facility planning systems.
• Review DD 1391 project requests to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Coordinate with AMC MSCs and installations to resolve technical comments and data.
