Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a MILCON Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate. You will coordinate governance, develop and maintain program documents, and deliver action plans for AF/A4C and SAF/IEE oversight.

The hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree, security clearance, and strong collaboration with DoD personnel to align MILCON programs with policy across DoD agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of facility and infrastructure experience.
• Ability to apply policy for project requirements definition, programming, and execution.
• Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Successful preemployment screenings (background check, MVR, drug screen).
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by preparing meeting materials.
• Coordinate MILCON projects and programmatic criteria per DoD policy and design guides.
• Perform MILCON program analysis and generate trend, compliance, and requirements presentations.
• Develop Congressional notification packages under 10 USC 2807/2853, coordinating with Air Staff/MAJCOMS.
• Develop, coordinate, staff and track MILCON project authorization requests with cross-agency teams.
• Prepare, review, analyze, and coordinate MILCON DD1391 packages for OSD and Congressional detail.
